Online paid purchasing and recurring charges are not currently available. Accounts are administrator managed. The prices below describe planned farm offers; they are not a checkout, a charge authorization or a promise that paid activation is ready. Planned prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars per farm, before applicable tax. No additional mandatory service fee is included. An annual amount is for the annual paid term, not a monthly instalment. Before any paid purchase, applicable taxes and the total due must be shown.

Plan capabilities

Pro includes every Hobby Farm capability. Existing exports are included for each included module, including Free, subject to current authorization. Unlimited records, freezers or members does not mean unlimited files. Dedicated Livestock/4-H tools remain Coming Soon.

Cancellation and plan changes

The approved rule for a paid term is that requesting cancellation stops future renewal immediately and preserves access through the already-paid term. It is not immediate loss of prepaid access or account deletion. Contact David about an existing paid agreement; cancellation rights required by law can have an earlier effective date or a required refund.

A requested downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. A mid-term upgrade requires a quoted prorated increase and successful payment before higher paid access starts. Purchased annual access and pricing are honoured through their term. Independent valid benefits are checked before reducing access, and the Terms explain retained records and existing exports.

Normally no routine voluntary refund is provided; David can consider a refund case by case. Statutory cancellation and refund remedies remain available. Any future recurring offer must state its renewal arrangement, dates, amount, notice process and applicable rights before purchase. The business notice target is one calendar month in advance, subject to the governing statutory timing, content, delivery and receipt requirements; no actual notice or effective date is established by this page.

Failed-renewal treatment is decided by David case by case, with no automatic or universal grace period. Already-purchased access continues through its actual term end. At that boundary, independent valid benefits and authorized retained-access rules still apply. Any discretionary extension requires an explicit decision for the affected farm; a failed initial purchase creates no paid access. This does not mean that a provider payment or renewal lifecycle is currently available.

Complimentary and lifetime benefits

An ordinary complimentary Pro grant is ongoing until explicit revocation by an active system administrator under its terms. It is separate from unconditional Pro for life. Every existing production farm associated with an account at 2026-10-04 16:37:07 UTC qualifies for unconditional Pro for life, including qualifying farms associated with inactive accounts. The approval is farm-level and does not cover new farms created later. Previously evidenced unconditional promises remain protected. David must verify the historical qualifying records and apply the independent lifetime entitlement through a reviewed process; this page does not confirm that an individual farm's access has been updated. Approved 4-H club access and the paid household offer remain separate.
