Operator and agreement

These Terms concern authorized use of Acre to Tables by Reincer™.

Reading this page does not record your agreement. When the service requests agreement, you can review the identified language and version and choose whether to accept. A previous login, privacy acknowledgement, complimentary benefit or payment does not establish agreement to a different version.

Accounts and authority

Use an account only with authorization. Keep contact details accurate, protect sign-in and recovery information and report a suspected compromise. A person acting for a farm, household, club or business must have authority. A parent or legal guardian handles authorization and billing for a minor; an authorized minor member login does not make that member the contracting adult.

Plans and grants belong to the approved farm workspace. Actions depend on the selected farm's entitlements, membership role and security controls. Switching farms or inviting a member does not transfer a plan. Invitations reserve no seat; active-member capacity, including the owner, is checked when membership is accepted or reactivated.

Use and content

Use the service lawfully and within your authority. Do not access another farm without authorization, bypass controls, upload malicious or unauthorized content, disclose other people's information without authority or interfere with the service.

You retain your rights in the information and content you enter. These Terms do not transfer ownership to Reincer. You authorize the processing needed to provide the functions you request and protect the service. You are responsible for your entries and permission to share them with the farm. Personal-information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Features, limits and retained access

The applicable farm plan determines included modules and freezer/member limits. Role and security restrictions continue. Unlimited records, freezers or members does not promise unlimited uploaded files. Physical Storage is distinct from digital-file capacity. Coming Soon features are not currently supplied as dedicated features; Beta Testing features need careful review.

After an effective plan change excludes a module, existing records, attachments and memberships are preserved. Authorized members retain existing read, export and download access; new records, edits, uploads, premium calculations and excluded-module automation pause. An export does not authorize new premium calculations or access to another farm. External calendar clients may retain copies already downloaded.

Existing over-limit data and members are preserved. Further additions are restricted at the allowance, and authorized reductions are available only under the remaining module's normal permissions. Independent valid paid, approved club and unconditional lifetime benefits remain distinct from an ordinary revocable complimentary grant.

Reliance, availability and security

Review calculations, source information and reports before relying on them for financial, insurance, regulatory or food-production decisions. Nutrition and food-label tools have the separate Beta limitations explained on the labelling page.

Maintenance, failures or security incidents may interrupt service. Recovery of every deleted or corrupted record is not guaranteed. Necessary proportionate restrictions can address misuse or security risks, with an explanation where lawful and practicable. Security action does not silently replace an independent valid paid or lifetime entitlement with an ordinary revocable grant.

Paid terms, changes and statutory rights

Online paid purchasing is not currently available. The plans and subscriptions page distinguishes planned offers from current access. Any future purchase requires its own complete disclosure and agreement; these general Terms do not establish an automatic-renewal charge.

Purchased annual access and pricing are protected through the paid term. The business target for planned revised Terms, renewal notices and price changes is one calendar month's advance notice. Applicable statutory timing, notice content, delivery, receipt, cancellation and refund requirements govern; a calendar month does not override a required number of days or a different notice window. Actual notice and effective dates must be supplied for the reviewed transition or offer. Revised Terms still require actual affirmative acceptance at the appropriate voluntary transition; agreement is not inferred from past use or made a condition of the next sign-in.

Contact David about stopping use, closing an account or a complaint. Account closure is separate from renewal cancellation or deletion of personal information. These Terms preserve applicable statutory rights, warranties, cancellation/refund remedies, court access and rights to complain to regulators.
